Good Guys Tree Service is pleased to announce we have added a full-time Quality Control Supervisor to our team, a local tree industry first! Meet Robert Rodriguez, who is now commissioned to review all on-site tree trimming work and ensure our work meets or exceeds the ISA standards and continues to meet our clientele’s expectations.
Robert is native born to Austin, TX and has remained here his whole life. You can find him out on the lake on most weekends enjoying the outdoors. Be sure to ask him about his boat and if he got it fixed yet; it’s a recurring complaint we get to hear about every Monday!

What This Means for You, the Customer
After our service crew has completed your contract, you can now expect a follow-up visit within the following two business days for an inspection of the work. Robert will be looking both at the contract to see that our commitment has been fulfilled, and, most importantly, at the tree trimming itself. Our 8-point inspection sheet will be used as a guide, and by thoroughly reviewing the quality of the work, you can rest assured that every concern will be addressed. We always try to coordinate with our clients to encourage them to be present during this inspection review, and our customers have expressed high positive feedback on the service already!
